SauceTab organizes sources around a project. The boundary is intentional because an AI client working on a competitive brief should not retrieve unrelated content from a personal learning archive. Users select the project that supplies context.
Recall focuses on building a connected knowledge base from captured material. Connections can surface relationships that were not planned when an item was saved. That supports discovery and memory, but it is a different organizing model from a deliberate project packet.
Choose the project boundary when relevance and reviewability matter. Choose the knowledge graph when connections across topics are part of the value.
Full evidence vs summary-first retrieval
SauceTab captures sources and useful passages, then answers from the saved evidence. The interface is designed to make the supporting material inspectable so a user can verify a claim.
Recall emphasizes summarizing captured content. Compression is powerful when the goal is to remember the main idea quickly, but every summary leaves something out. Test whether Recall lets you reach the original evidence fast enough for claims where a missing qualifier could change the conclusion.

Recall listed a free plan, Plus at $10 per month when billed annually, and Max at $38 per month when billed annually at review time. SauceTab offers Free, Starter, and Operator plans on its pricing section. Compare capture limits, AI usage, project count, review features, and integration access.
SauceTab does not currently bulk import a Recall, HTML, or CSV archive. Keep a raw export and test with the source set from one current project before moving more material.

- Source receipts need to remain visible.
